Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the amenities of the 4 bedrooms, hot tub, plunge pool, and backyard lounge areas, along with parking for up to two (2) cars. These facilities may be shared with 1-2 guests staying at the Red Canyon Retreat. Meanwhile, those lodging at the Wild Horse Mesa are granted access to the outdoor cooking area, BBQ, smoker, fire pit, or outdoor dining area. Our aim is for guests to relish this backyard oasis while also maintaining semi-private spaces for cohabiting guests.

Guests Pay: Nightly Rent + Departure Cleaning Fee + Damage Protection Fee + 6.5% Yavapai County (0.825%) and State of Arizona (5.5%) Sales and Use Tax. If approved, a minimum $300 Pet Fee will apply.

Vivid Vacation Rentals has flexible payment options. If you pay by credit card you will be charged an additional 5% credit card processing fee. (For credit card payments, we currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. AMEX is not yet available at this time). If you would like to avoid this fee you can place a Wire Transfer, Send a Check, and/or Venmo us. Contact us for details.

Deposit: 40% due at booking - Balance Due 61 Days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 31 days prior to stay: Full refund. Within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund (minus service fee). No refund after 14 days from arrival. All times based on property's local time. (Effective April 1, 2024)

The house, location, and neighborhood were great.

The house, location, and neighborhood were great. We visited in February, and our family loved the hot tub, bocce ball court, and the proximity to restaurants and a supermarket. The only suggestions I'll make are to add a kitchen knife block to keep knives sharp and make clear the local policy on fires in the firepit. Working fireplaces would have been an improvement but I understand the reason not.

I came for a weekend getaway with my family. The Home was incredible! the outdoor area is like being in a 5 star resort. Absolutely breathtaking! Levi was an amazing host. I am definitely staying here again!

Wild Horse Mesa Villa is a stunning home that offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The modern design, combined with comfortable furnishings throughout the house, creates a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The backyard is truly an oasis, providing a peaceful retreat with the beautiful red mountain views.One small suggestion would be to rearrange the living room for an even better experience—perhaps placing the TV on the opposite wall and positioning the couch to face the outdoor scenery. This would allow you to enjoy the natural beauty while adding space for an additional chair near the window.Overall, this is a beautiful, serene, and peaceful place to stay. I’m so grateful to the homeowners for sharing their home with us. Thank you!Levi was an outstanding commentator and incredibly kind. He was always quick to respond to my questions and made the entire process easy and seamless. A true pleasure to work with.

Some say Sedona is an oasis in the desert. Well this property is an oasis within that oasis. Very private. Met the owner of the property. Super kind and friendly. We even got a call the day before our arrival that things were ready if we wanted to check in early. There is artwork everywhere you look, inside and outside making the property feel like a real home, not a rental. The landscaping is done with great love. So much eye to detail into every corner of the large property. Everything was immaculately clean. We had a sink clog and within a couple of hours someone came out to fix it, and was in and out quickly. Thank you Cody. Really cant say enough about how we were treated throughout. From reservation, to locking up to leave, we felt Levi, Mark, Karen and Cody's concern for our comfort.
